These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the kkg999 online gaming platform, including all services, games, sportsbook features, promotional offers, and related digital content available at kkg999.app ("the Platform"). kkg999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

To access the full range of kkg999 services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and truthfully. The following rules apply to all kkg999 accounts:

• Failed transactions: If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your wallet but before they appear in your kkg999 account, kkg999 will investigate and resolve the matter within 24 hours. Do not attempt to repeat the deposit without first consulting support.

kkg999 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and any required verification steps. kkg999 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• One bonus per player: Only one bonus of each type may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method account during the relevant promotional period, unless the terms of a specific offer state otherwise.

All bets and wagers placed on the kkg999 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the kkg999 system. A confirmation message or reference number will be displayed upon successful bet placement.
• Insufficient funds: Bets will not be accepted if your kkg999 account balance is insufficient to cover the stake at the time of placement.

Matches that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fail to reach a natural conclusion may be settled as voids or subject to specific market rules published within the sportsbook.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkg999 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with all balances forfeited where legally permissible:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, or via a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or table game environments.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided that the closure is not the result of a Terms breach or fraud investigation. Where a breach has occurred, kkg999 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to forfeit such balances where the breach is confirmed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in Bangladesh. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process. kkg999 will cooperate fully with any such process.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in Bangladesh.
